(5)Personnel examination assignments, appointments, dismissals, transfers and evaluations.
(6)Selection of principals for the elementary and junior high schools attached to the university.
(7)Teaching and administrative staff remuneration, benefits, insurance, retirement, pension, rewards and punishments, official trips, protections, complaints, training and advanced studies, concurrent posts, concurrent teaching duties, and cultural and recreational activities, etc.
(8)Management of contracted workers.
(9)Workplace sexual harassment prevention programs.
(10)Management of personnel information.
